I blinked and suddenly, I had a valentine ~

A day where we have to share gratitude and love for the people we care about which is Valentine’s Day. It is celebrated every February 14, and is a special day that is only dedicated to love and affection. People can express their emotions through heartfelt gestures, gifts, and quality time with their loved ones. While it is often associated with romantic love, Valentine’s Day also is celebrated to friendships, family, and self-love, making it a meaningful occasion for many.

The reason we celebrate Valentine’s Day is deeply rooted in our natural desire to cherish and appreciate those we care about. It serves as a reminder to pause from our busy lives and make an effort to show love in different ways. Exchanging chocolates and flowers to writing sincere letters, these doings highlight the importance of making our loved ones feel valued.

Expressing love goes beyond gestures, it is often found in the simplest of things. Some people prefer writing heartfelt letters, while others enjoy spending quality time together. Cooking a special meal, giving a warm hug, or simply listening to someone’s thoughts can all be meaningful ways to show affection. In the end, love is not just about one day but a continuous effort to nurture relationships and spread warmth to those around us. Whether through words, actions, or small surprises, Valentine’s Day reminds us that love should always be celebrated.

Experiences During the Making of the Community Based Research

*This is the webpage that is recorded by ivan that is sent to
our CBR groupchat for a short update on the coding.

*Angel Joy Pottery is where our group has done the interviewing part of the research. This is done so that we can know the background on both the business and the Burnay making of Bulala Centro, Vigan City.

*The start of our CBR was held at our ICT lab, it was the time where we brainstormed on the contents of our research and also on what the plans we need to make.

*Then the result of our CBR homepage! The sunflower is also inspired by the tourist spot here in Bulala Centro, Vigan City.

Reflection for the 3rd quarter

As I look back on the third quarter, I realize how much I have learned, discovered and struggled. One of the most important learning experiences has been developing a deeper understanding on how to code effectively and also communication skills. Through the community based research, i have applied my ability to convey ideas clearly and listen actively to others, especially on the codings since i struggle a bit in understanding the combination of codes. Additionally, i have discovered new topics that caught my interests, such as doing html codings.

However, a journey without challenges isn't really a journey. One of the main obstacles I faced was understanding the combination of codes both in html and css. Especially when you need to balanced multiple assignments, extracurricular activities, and personal problems felt overwhelming. There were times that i constantly trial and error on codings at school, since the time is limited and makes everything more pressured.

To address these challenges, i tried several solutions. For the codings, i needed to understand more the functions and how can it be implemented to a certain work. Thus, i also learned to prioritize tasks based on their urgency and importance. Seeking support from friends, family, and teachers also provided a lot of help in studies and also in other tasks.

Moving on, I will continue to make myself improve, as i plan to further explore new tools and techniques in codings, such as in html, css, java and etc. By maintaining a positive mindset and putting myself together, i believe that i can solve future obstacles without being overwhelmed. I aim to create a balance between academic and personal, ensuring that my well-being is great as i move forward.
